1. Once you have chosen your accommodation needs. Number of rooms with IVVA Hotels from our official Pescara selection, you will be contacted directly by Hotel Manager Petra to arrange all your accommodation needs.
2. You will receive an invoice and required to pay per number of rooms and your travel itinerary document. 
3. The team captain will be requested to provide the rooming and flight information to IVVA as soon as possible after receiving it. 
4. The remaining balance to be paid by the 1st of May 2025
5. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card with additional fees.
6. If any extra players/non players wish to come after the team is registered then you must contact hotels@ivva.eu

Match days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The finals will be held on Saturday. Your participation depends on your success during the group stage, which will be held on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Program -> Day by day

All teams are encouraged to arrive on this day, so that they can meet other teams and explore the area. The official start of the IVVA World Indoor Veteran Volleyball Championship is planed on Tuesday 20th of may from 13:30 in Piazza Indoor. . Beach is planed from Wednesday 21st of May 2025 from 15:00

One week before the IVVA Championship starts, you will be sent the schedules and all other important information.

No, but player is allowed to play simultaneously in two categories at the same event for which he is age appropriate. (example: Mr. Novak is 47 years old, and he is having birthday in the same year of the event he is allowed to play in the two categories- 40-47 and 48-55. This player is obligated to pay registration fee for all teams he plays the event for. In case your roster has only 7 players and you would not be able to participate in the IVVA Indoor due to the low number of players. This can be apply because shortage of players at the last minute due to illness or serious injury.

Yes, you can register player or non-player any time before start of IVVA Championship. Please note that no players are able to register once the tournament has started. Team captains can register extra players before arrival by contacting IVVA by email.

YES, each player can participate in all Championship. Indoor, Beach and Mix IVVA European Veteran Volleyballl Championship. Just register yourself and your team for both tournaments on our website www.ivva.eu

Accreditation starts on Tuesday 20 of May from 09.30 - 13:00. Additional accreditation is on Wednesday on the request (for beach players ) where the indoor IVVA Championship being held.
